صدر الإصدار السادس من المواصفة الدولية ISO 9001 عام 2026 بمتطلبات جديدة ومعززة، أبرزها ثقافة الجودة والسلوك الأخلاقي، والفصل بين معالجة المخاطر واغتنام الفرص، وتخطيط أقوى للتغييرات، ومراعاة تغير المناخ في فهم السياق، وإبلاغ العملاء بإجراءات الطوارئ عند تعثر التوريد. وهذه الحقيبة نظام إدارة جودة كامل مكتوب للمنشأة التجارية تحديدًا: التي تشتري المنتجات أو تستوردها وتخزنها وتبيعها وتوصلها لعملائها دون أن تصنعها. فهي لا تتحدث عن التصنيع، بل عن الإرساليات والفسح، والمستودعات والمنطقة المكيفة، وتجهيز الطلبات والفحص قبل التحميل، والتوصيل وإثبات الاستلام، والتتبع بالرقم التسلسلي، والضمان والإرجاع، ومنتجات العلامة الخاصة. صُممت الحقيبة للمنشآت التي تطلب الشهادة لأول مرة بالإصدار 2026، وللمنشآت الحاصلة على شهادة الإصدار 2015 وتحتاج الانتقال، وللاستشاريين الذين يؤهلون المنشآت التجارية للشهادة.
