Refund & Return Policy

All digital documents and quality management systems offered in Asdaf Company's store are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable after the purchase is completed and downloaded by the customer.

The customer acknowledges upon purchase that they understand these are digital products and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including lack of need or satisfaction with the content, in order to protect Asdaf Company's intellectual property rights.

Any exception to this clause requires explicit written approval from the company's management.
