Question 1

Can I buy as an individual?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Store products are available to anyone to buy directly — quality officers, auditors, consultants, trainers, researchers and entrepreneurs — as well as companies and organisations. You do not need to represent a company.

Question 2

What details do I need? Do I need an account or a commercial registration?

Accepted Answer

Only your name and email address; a phone number is optional. You do not need to create an account or hold a commercial registration. If you want the invoice in a company's name, you can add its tax number in an optional field.

Question 3

How do I choose the right product?

Accepted Answer

Each product page shows the description, contents and price, and many products have a sample you can download before buying. You can also ask our team on WhatsApp.

Question 4

What do I receive after buying, and how?

Accepted Answer

Downloadable digital files. Once payment is confirmed, a secure download link is sent to the email you entered; for bank transfers it is sent after the transfer is reviewed. Nothing is shipped physically.

Question 5

What file formats are the products in?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the product. Many systems, templates and checklists come in editable formats such as Word and Excel; the product page describes what the product contains.

Question 6

My download link has expired. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Open the track-order page and request a new link using your order number and the same email address used on the order.

Question 7

Can I return a product after buying it?

Accepted Answer

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is incorrect or incomplete, we send you the correct version at no cost, provided you report it within 7 days of receipt.

Question 8

Can I share or resell the files?

Accepted Answer

Files are licensed for the buyer's internal use. Sharing them outside that scope, republishing or reselling them requires prior written approval. See the intellectual property policy for details.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through Moyasar's secure gateway, PayPal (charged in US dollars), and bank transfer with an uploaded receipt. The available methods are shown at checkout.

Question 10

Will I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A purchase invoice is emailed to you once payment is confirmed.

Question 11

Do you provide consulting or training services to organisations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside the store, Asdaf Business Services provides consulting, training, management-system implementation and audit-readiness services to organisations. These are quoted and agreed separately through the request-a-quote page, and are independent of buying ready-made products.

Question 12

Can an organisation buy with a formal quotation or purchase order?

Accepted Answer

Organisations can buy directly from the store like any customer, or request the formal quotation their procurement needs; we then agree the order and payment arrangement with them.

Question 13

Does buying a system give me an ISO certificate?

Accepted Answer

No. Our products are documents and tools that help you build or audit a management system. ISO certificates are issued by an independent certification body after its own audit; ISO itself does not certify organisations.
