Intellectual Property Policy

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, procedures, designs, templates, and digital content available through Asdaf's store, are exclusively owned by Asdaf Business Services.
• No copying, modification, publishing, translation, distribution, or sale of documents is permitted without prior written approval.
• Clients must keep documents confidential and avoid sharing them outside their organization.
• Asdaf reserves the right to pursue any legal action against infringement or misuse.

Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: Scope of Services

1. We provide digital documentation and quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and similar systems.
2. Field consulting, training, or external audits are provided under separate agreements.
3. All documents are digital products intended for internal use within the client's organization.

Chapter 2: Usage Terms

1. Clients use documents in compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Access is limited, non-exclusive, and strictly for internal use. Resale or redistribution is prohibited without written approval.
3. Clients are responsible for any application or modification outside their organization.

Chapter 3: Intellectual Property

1. All rights remain exclusively owned by Asdaf Business Services.
2. Any infringement is subject to civil and criminal liability under Saudi laws.
3. Clients must maintain confidentiality and preserve the integrity of all documents.
4. Asdaf retains all legal rights to protect its materials and trademarks.

Chapter 4: Orders and Non-Conforming Products

1. Clients must provide accurate information when placing orders.
2. For incomplete or incorrect documents, Asdaf will provide the correct version at no additional cost.
3. Clients must report issues within seven days of receipt.

Chapter 5: Pricing and Payment

1. Prices are displayed clearly on each product page.
2. Full payment is required before access is granted.
3. Applicable government taxes and fees may be added per regulations.
4. Asdaf may update prices at any time; new prices apply to future orders only.

Chapter 6: Data Protection and Confidentiality

1. We protect client data and use it only for order processing and communication.
2. Data is not shared with third parties unless legally required or explicitly approved.
3. We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect digital data.

Chapter 7: Liability

1. Our liability is limited to replacing or correcting non-conforming products.
2. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from document use.
3. No compensation is provided for lost profits or business interruption.

Chapter 8: Amendments

1. Asdaf may update these terms at any time.
2. Continuing to use the store after updates constitutes acceptance.
3. Clients may stop using the store if they do not accept updates.

Chapter 9: Governing Law

1. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
2. Disputes are resolved amicably first; otherwise the courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Chapter 10: Acceptance

1. By using the store, clients confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Electronic purchase confirmations are considered legally binding acceptance.
