Intellectual Property Policy

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, procedures, designs, templates, textual and digital content, and any educational, technical, or procedural materials available through Asdaf Business Services Company’s electronic store, are the exclusive and absolute property of Assdaf Business Services Company. Under no circumstances may any of these rights be transferred or granted to the Client except pursuant to a clear and explicit written agreement issued by the Company.
The Client or any other party is strictly prohibited from undertaking any act that infringes upon Asdaf’s intellectual property rights, including—without limitation—copying, modifying, republishing, translating, distributing, selling, or making available any documents or templates by any means whatsoever, whether directly or indirectly, without prior written authorization from the Company. Any violation of this prohibition shall constitute a legal infringement giving rise to civil and criminal liability in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Client undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the documents and digital content and not to disclose or share them with any individual or entity outside the Client’s establishment. The Client also commits not to alter, manipulate, or tamper with the content of the documents in any manner, in order to preserve their authenticity, integrity, and compliance with the technical specifications issued by Asdaf.
Assdaf Business Services Company reserves all legal rights to pursue any entity or individual who violates or misuses any of the Store’s content, products, or trademarks, and retains the full right to take any actions it deems appropriate to protect its rights.
